• We deliver only to Australian addresses, no exception • If orders are paid and placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday, and the toner is in stock, your order will ship that night. Delivery is thus usually overnight by air and courier, but may take two or three days in remote areas. If paid and placed by 2pm Friday, delivery is usually the following Monday but again, please allow an additional day or two to remote areas
• We charge a flat $11 inc GST for delivery per order to the one address, regardless of how many items are ordered
• We accept online payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa), and accept offline payments by credit card, direct deposit and cheque/money order. Please understand we can’t ship any toners until payment is received in full—this will of course delay some offline orders
Why are we so cheap? It’s quite common for people to not believe our prices and to ring (to be sure we do exist, I think—our number is 02 4227 5975 if you’d like to give us a call!). Quite understandable! Please be assured we sell only genuine OEM Toshiba toners. But why so cheap? Well, because we use consumables ourselves and know how pricey toners can be, and I see it as a way to give a little something back. Cheap toners delivered by air courier overnight? Why not? And if it makes, or better still, saves someone’s day (and it has many times) then I’m the happier for it!
